Technical Sales Writer

You will work with the commercial and technical specialists in producing high quality responses to bids/proposals and tenders, ensuring all evaluated, resourced, coordinated, prepared and submitted by given deadlines. Collating a library of tender document templates which are to act as a reference point for all staff involved in the tendering process and to ensure a unified and consistent approach to proposal

Working with the project management office and clients to obtain the information required to Consolidate company information and technical answers. including the ability to work with online tendering portals for download of documents and submission of responses. Involvement with the preparation of supporting materials (e.g., case studies) or presentations and researching current and future market trends.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparing customer proposals and tenders along with Account Management and PMO
• Support of SOWS
• Case studies creation in support of proactive sales
• Website content support
• Create copy for videos

Essential Skills:

• Strong technical skills potentially an ex technical
• Loves to write
• Needs to bridge the worlds of technical, commercial, and marketing
• Ideally worked at a large consultancy or simular
• Experience in private and government sector 
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
• Written English grammar, spelling & vocabulary
• Attention to detail
• The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Research skills
• Desirable: APMP Foundation course
• Desirable: Worked in the Information Technology Sector
