My team covers many aspects of project delivery. Including setting and maintaining best practises/processes, managing project delivery through bridging the gap between technical and clients, enhancing the experience in a digital and visual way.

What is your job title? Head of Projects, Design and Delivery

How did you get into what you do now? I was working in customer service and had an opportunity to move into IT and help with a data migration project. Probably showing my age but it was all captured on paper lol.

What is your favourite part of your job? Working with team purple

How do you manage your time? Efficiently :-)

What books should I be reading? Prince 2, The design of everyday things, The making of a manager

What do you do at work on a daily basis? Organise, talk and document

What advice do you have for someone new to the industry? Everyday is a school day

What hard skills should someone in your field have? Project Management qualification

What soft skills should someone in your field have? Appetite to learn, good communicator, organised and making clients happy
