Developed at Google Ventures, Design Sprints are a structured way of taking a problem and using the collective knowledge of your team to design a solution, prototype that solution and test it with real people… all in the space of 5 days! We will work with you to bring your new product or strategy to life in a safe space, where you will discover and overcome any potential challenges, all with the guidance and support of our expert team.

WHAT'S INVOLVED IN A TYPICAL DESIGN SPRINT?

We tailor your sprint weeks to meet your needs and requirements. In this five day process, our experts will guide you through solving your challenge including helping you to create a prototype, testing it out, and using the results to adapt a working method that delivers results. This time-effective method will enable you to discover your tried and tested solution in a matter of days rather than months.

DAY BY DAY ITINERARY OF DESIGN SPRINTS

All sprints take place between Monday to Friday between 10 AM to 5 PM.

• Monday Mapping out your problem to understand what challenges you face, what questions we need to address, and what blockers may halt progression.
• Tuesday Sketching out solutions and discussing all ideas as a team.
• Wednesday Deciding which ideas you would like to progress with and planning out a new strategy based on these concepts. All solutions will include a risk assessment that will help you to decide which method is the best way forward.
• Thursday Designing a prototype to test your ideas and solutions. This will involve small groups being assigned a variety of tasks to demonstrate the different scenarios in which your solution is used to see how it works.
• Friday Testing your ideas with real people and your wider team to bring in real results to see how your prototype works. Here, we will gather the data together to provide you with valuable insights that will help you to progress.

All our design sprints are 5 days long and follow this format.

Our team is available at a variety of locations, including Bath, London or Warwick.

You will need to include someone of authority to make decisions.

OUR GUARANTEE

To ensure that you’re satisfied with your design sprint, we guarantee that you will be provided with:

• A clearer understanding of your problem
• At least 1 solution (Sometimes 2 or 3), Mapped out and Mocked up
• Prototypes for each solution
• Feedback from real users

OUR DESIGN SPRINTS PACKAGES

To ensure that you’re being provided with a sprint that benefits you and your challenges the most, we have two different options to choose from.

Package 1 REMOTE FACILITATION OR OUR FACILITATORS AT YOUR LOCATION

Our Design Sprints team will coach your team through the Design Sprint Process. This includes a kick off call to make sure everything and everyone is ready and prepared to hit the ground running on Monday of Sprint Week and 2 members of our team facilitating, A Designer and a Product Manager.

Package 2 YOUR TEAM AT OUR LOCATION

Our Design Sprints Facilitator will host your team (max 6 attendees) at our London, Warwick or Bath locations and coach your team through the Design Sprint Process. We provide everything you need to get through a design sprint (apart from accommodation and travel).
